Barry Grant Hall was born on April 9, 1945 in Tecumseh, Lenawee County, Michigan. He was the son of Garth and Dorothy (Downing) Hall.

He was married to Deena Ramsey and Thelma Kurowski but we have no further information on these marriages or children.

Barry died on September 12, 2014 at the age of 69 in Sylvania, Lucas County, Ohio. He is buried at Brookside Cemetery in Tecumseh.
