Genevieve L. "Jean" (Heck, Navarre) Watkins was born May 7, 1922 in Monroe, Michigan She was the daughter of Bertha (Rambow) and Harry Lucien Heck.

On September 27, 1942, she married Arthur C. Navarre and they had two children before being divorced in 1947.

1. Mary Jane Navarre (1942-1942)
2. James Navarre (1944-1981)

She married John M. Watkins on April 19, 1949 and they had no children.

Genevieve died on April 25, 2004, in Clinton Township, Macomb County, Michigan.

Arthur, who was born in 1921, died in 2002 and John, born in 1923, passed away in 1999.
